Visitiq, LLC is seeking a data-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) with deep expertise in MarTech and data solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring client retention, driving adoption, and expanding usage of our platform among enterprise media companies and marketing agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Own customer relationships post-sale, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute success plans that drive renewal and expansion revenue.
- Provide hands-on support and strategic guidance to clients leveraging our data engine.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and solutions teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, supporting the sales team in expansions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting in a data or MarTech environment.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer usage data and trends.
- Familiarity with CRM, customer engagement platforms, and marketing data stacks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
